Slight one day rise in weight, but again I had to weigh in RIGHT AFTER a meal...
A large turkey & provolone grinder with all the veggies and a bottle o water still produced less than a lb of gain.
I think the salt & water retention theory from the previous large gain weigh in is correct ..

220.4 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
