Today is my 2 year anniversary @ the Gym. I didn't actually go today....it was a rest day.

My sister texted & wanted to do lunch yesterday or today. I passed cause we missed a day last week. I was flexible last week & postponed from Friday to Sat. The guys wanted to do lunch on Friday & I encouraged Hubby to go. I thought he could use the interaction to cheer him up. Plus I wanted to go to the Concert in the Park & we wouldn't have to rush. Hubby had minor surgery on Tues. to remove a cyst on his upper back. He couldn't do upper body exercise, so he decided to take Wed. off. He was taking the car in today for servicing, so I decided I'd go by myself yesterday.

Something interesting happened at the end of my workout. I was in the locker room getting stuff out of my locker. A lady was sitting on the bench talking on the phone. She turned to me & said..."I have been watching you here at the Gym & wanted to tell you, I'm proud of you. You inspire me." I wasn't sure what to say or think. Does she think I look strong? Or I look like I'm working hard? Or is she commenting cause I'm older & working out? She looked like she was around my age. If I see her again, I'm contemplating asking what she meant by her comment.
