Woke at 246.8, up 1.6 from yesterday after 1942 calories. Have to say that my body does not seem to be responding well to mot maximizing protein.

We have this in common. I'm a mesomorph, no matter how much fat I hide it behind, and my big muscles need protein. I did a protein test recently and feel so much better when I got my protein in. The more carbs I suck down the worse I feel. I am stronger with the protein. Able to get more done. Less fatigue.

I fasted until dinner last night, but my dinner guests requested quesadillas and flat bread pizza. This was the result.
