Thanks . It will be memorable lol weather isn't looking good at all and it is a very tough course.

jonw777 I'm 5 9. would like to get a little, bit leaner don't have an actual goal weight though honestly thought I would be heavier after this years bulk but ohh well. so much going on right now that a consistent deficit is impossible so any progress is very slow I'll cut for a few days then end up in a surplus for a day or two then cut for 5 or 6 . Definitely not the most effective way but at the end of the day I'll get where I want to eventually and I'm still able to enjoy food at some of these events. 2 steps forward one step back

I'm happy to just maintain where I'm at too so I guess thas what's happening for the most part with just a combination of deficit, slight surplus or maintenance days. I don't want want to chase too far down the want to be leaner rabit hole.

Well done! The final answer is to ditch carbs! No rice, no corn, no poatoes, no pasta, no sugar laden sauces... eventually your tongue gets used to not eating these foods, you feel healthier and body fat gradually melts away.
