Time to get back to it - or should I say, PAST time to get back to it? FS says it will take 161 months to reach my goal. I found that daunting until I realized I've been on here 10 years. To my credit, I have stopped yo-yoing and have not returned to the 200 lbs I was 2 years ago. I am very pleased about that. So those of you who struggle with this losing and re-gaining issue, take heart!
