what's up buddy where ya been? 

Hello buddy, I had neglected my financial life in these months that I began to have good health habits, for a few weeks I have been working hard on something that I love and it is going well, that is why I have not been active, but I continue to take care of myself and with good habits, exercising, thanks for asking and you are breaking it friend, keep up the good work, improving, doing what you like and everything as a family 🙂🦾🦿

You are absolutely right buddy, it has always been difficult for me to achieve that balance, I admire that about you, that it is seen that you achieve a true balance of work, family, and your personal life :)
