Slowly getting there. Thought I might gain a lb today. I ate 2 low carb cookies yesterday I made with almond flour & coconut oil. Put a tsp. of sugar free jelly between them. Nice surprise to lose a lb. Oh, I did walk a couple miles yesterday. Windy, but I made it. Best wishes to all.
