Can't say I got sweaty this time, Morticia, but I definitely felt it! Thing that really kicked my butt was the three sets of push-ups to failure. Interestingly, I did more than I thought I could!

I have to do them on my knees, and I can't go down very far. Yet. I figure do what I can now, and I'll be able to do more down the road
