I knew CICO was the way since way back when ☆ I was looking for a recipe in my collection of Cook Books on Thurs. & came across this book from the 70's. I used the "Compact Calorie Chart" often back in those days to track my foods. I wasn't even fat :-)

Awesome!!! Those are some of best diet guides, the late 1980's weight watchers system was great / that was before tgey got involved in the crazy stuff in later years.
