As an anniversary gift to him my husband wanted me to eat with him at Paula Deen's for lunch . I literally have not had fried foods like that in 5-6 years. I couldn't say no...We ate there yesterday and we had fried chicken and lots of carb/ fat loaded sides. It was good but honestly I prefer healthier foods. I did not eat dinner as I was still full.( to the point of a stomach ache) I also had night sweats.. Anyway, weight gain was expected and honestly I thought it would be more.. Im back to a healthy diet and lifting weights today ..

Everytime Paula came on tv one of the cnas would say "first we start with a pound of butter then add a half pound fat back then half cup lard...." too funny.

Diana, I've found so many foods that used to be treats just don't set as well anymore the longer I eat a healthy diet. That said, I'm totally down for pizza sometimes 😂

It’s just salt bloat D1234💜. You’ll be fine tomorrow👍 And so true about tastes changing. I don‘t like overly sweet things anymore. Soda makes me gag just looking at it. But I disagree with pizza being unhealthly as a rule cause it’s just a flatbread. The loaded toppings, triple cheese & peppperoni are the issues. Not the pizza itself. Viva la pizza 🍕🍕🍕🕺🕺🕺🤣🤣🤣

I like my vegetables but will never try substitute them for pasta. Pasta is so versatile and can be used in so many ways. I have it on average 4 times a month. Sometimes spread out in the month and sometimes 4 days in a row. lol
