It's so crazy, day 29 back on the keto diet and I'm struggling to eat 2,000 calories. I'm literally trying to force myself to eat and my brain is responding with "no thanks, I'm full and have plenty of subcutaneous fat to feed on for energy, since you're feeding me lots of fat via diet, I might as well eat some bodyfat too when you're not eating to keep the trend going."
Sometimes I forget to eat because I don't feel hungry that often anymore. That's how great a low carb high fat diet is, it turns you into the exact opposite of starvation-mode. It turns you into "I'm always full" mode. lol
