The visual trend of my weight loss is almost frightening. I will believe it though. I will look up. Chris even actually gave me a compliment today, but I know that such compliments are nearly objective. My weight loss and body change make me no more important, significant, or worthy of anything except to be more likely to be able to better serve my roles in life. To be more physically fit to handle the challenges of life. I attempt to say this with humility, but it seems to exude bitterness. Perhaps it is only caution. I am innately weak, and highly prone to vanity, and it feels a bit precarious, looking back on other times in my life when I've been close to my goal. The truth is I am the rest of my life away from my goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life - so fear not, I'm not almost there, I've only just begun.
