I can never keep blueberries very long because I do this also. Don't usually add honey though because that goes in my matcha. I use the Fage 0%.

Di, it’s just so easy, right? I started doing this on office days, so it’s 3 mornings a week for me. The rest of the week is eggs.

Yeah, Buddy, blewbs work so well with this mix. I love blackberries too. Do you drink the real matcha? My family gets the fancy ceremonial grade from Japan. I can leave it or take it though.

Anita, of course! It’s so good to mix things up.

Now I have to try yogurt with cottage cheese. Never thought of mixing and I love both!

I get the Sencha Everyday Matcha from Costco. It's a blend of 1st and 2nd harvest so it's much more affordable. I use a stick mixer, not the fancy bamboo whisk, but I don't have a bunch of gritty sludge at the end either. I'm more of a pragmatic matcha drinker. I'll make it myself, but it has to work with my budget and schedule.

Oh my gosh, you guys. Today, I made this again for breakfast, but instead of honey, I added a little bit of fat free sugar free jello cheesecake pudding powder and it literally tasted like blueberry cheesecake! It was so good!! I’m thinking I might pick up some of those preserved cherries and make healthy protein cheesecake because it’s like dessert, I promise you. Yum!

I’ll be honest, I don’t like Greek yogurt, but I eat it because it’s such a great way to get my healthy protein in without investing a lot of calories, lol. But I do love cottage cheese, so I mix the two to double down on the low cal protein and mask the tanginess of the yogurt.

Did you have to say that and ruin the illusion.
