1 Month and $90 later the replacement parts finally came in for my elliptical. It floors me that 2 plastic bearing sleeves cost $45 each with shipping. Either way, I was able to do cardio this morning, which I haven't been doing for the past month due to the lack of convenience the elliptical provides. Weight loss should begin to speed up again. I've also ordered a pair of Adidas Powerlift 2.0 shoes, which will be extremely beneficial for barbell squats. My ankle mobility isn't all that great so I require a raised heel in order to get to full depth. If I use flat shoes or go barefoot my knees end up past my toes if I go to parallel, which puts a crazy amount of shear force on the knee joint. I've been squatting in tennis shoes, which is nearly just as bad because the sole is way too soft. for anyone who is interested, here is a link for the shoes: Powerlift 2.0 on AmazonThere is a women's version as well.
