Well, today I hit my BMR which is not a deficit but I lifted weights with my friend and then mowed the lawn. So maybe I burned a bit. Ate kind of badly but I have prepped some things and will go forward trying to add veggies and fruit while cutting carbs. Basically getting things done around here and hoping July gets going on a steady keel, with both children pitching in to get things set up for various storage and clean up situations here! Hope everyone is being mindful of taking care of themselves!
