Jogging every day, trying to eat wayyy better than I was during the holidays, although I did have a beer and a brownie today, and so far so good! Three days down forever to go..
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
