I had an Indulgence day. Very high carbs for me. Bisquit for breakfast and McDonalds for lunch. My blood sugar was still only 102 at bedtime which surprised me. More importantly, I didn't overindulge, I am now satisfied, almost disappointed as things didn't taste as good as I anticipated, and I can now get back on track. Slow but steady.
