have not been sticking to good eating habits. But id did go with out eating meat x12-14 days after 1/1/16. With that I began consuming more cards- bread chips, more bread :[
This week getting back on track. Walking 30 mins a day on lunch break. I ran walked 2 miles today x30 mins. I feel happy about that.
I plan to incorporate ZUMBA once a wk and cardio/ weights/ fat burning yoga @ home.
