Today was my weigh-in. Lost 3.4 pounds and I'm pretty happy about that. My ankle is giving me problems from my walk yesterday. When is this dern thing going to stop hurting? The hardware has to stay in for at least six months, but I'm not sure if that's what the problems is. Got to stop whinning and get busy.
