Today is bingo day…vending machine….il be giving mine away…I had a release….so in focused again…plus I’ve started doing more resistance…I was getting pretty laxed….it happens…and I’m cutting out the snacking again….i don’t care how long you have been at this…its so easy to fall backwards…
