Wow alot has happen in 10 years!!!!
My goal is 145...My exercise has increased drastically, which is great. I am for the summer working 30-40 hours a week, averaging on work days 13,000-20,000 steps a day.
I am busy remoding the store and boss's office ( lol the latter is more up my alley)
Another restart- good news still at 169 which is a miracle considering all the recent food events.
