Helped a friend move, so lifted quite a few boxes and furniture. Also shoveled several loads of wood chips into a wheelbarrow to spread them around my yard. That was my strength training yesterday!
209.8 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
