I know the feeling. I have to do this occasionally but I have learned that after a couple of days of reset the worst is over. My advice is to fill up on fiber and protein. Don't stop eating but, if you can, nix the sugar and starches. Drink more water. Whenever you feel like eating grab some protein and NEVER eat any carbs without protein. Keto Bread works great if you have to have bread. Stick to low glycemic veggies. If you have ever seen the South Beach diet trying eating the phase one part and within a few days you will be shocked.
