I hope you're with us as long as possible friend! 💞 although we never know how long we have on this world doing our best to stay healthy and active can go so far in helping us to stay in this world. My Daddy was able to increase his lifespan so much further than he would have otherwise by remaining active, being proactive about his health, and using healthcare regularly. I do my best to do the same. Unfortunately we lost Daddy at 65 due to complications with giantism and enlarged organs, but we were lucky to have him as long as we did I'm so happy to be able to share those wonderful times that I did with him and have such lovely memories.

Thank you for the encouragement. For the record, I ate one cookie (the size of a sliver dollar) for my birthday last night. (Yes, I know Americans will measure things with anything other than the metric system. 🙂) My streak of not consuming sugar since January 2023 was shattered. Time to get back on the wagon.

Happy birthday 🎂. Keep up the good work, you look great. I'm 67 and just started the fitness journey 6 months ago. It was tough but feeling stronger and better is the best result.
