Day 24 and have lost 21 pounds on diet alone. I haven't even begun to set foot in a gym yet. I know it says I was 235 on January 5th, but my weight was 245 on January 1st. I went on a 5-day fast before I recorded my weight.
I'm hoping by mid-February I could lose 15-20 more pounds just in time for Valentines day. :D
