Scale finally moved! Health update: the numbing in my toes is nearly gone! Praise God! Still suffering with very painful PF but I’m able to work on my feet and that’s the main thing I’ve been dealing with. I took a customer service job at the airport. They pay well but the hours are long and I’m standing for nearly 10 hours at a time. I really only move to throw luggage onto the belt that goes to the back. I’m enjoying it so far. Happy not to be stuck in my un-air conditioned house at a desk all day. I’m on my 3rd week so we’ll see how the feet hold up over time.

Wow, paid exercise. I hope your feet hold up! You're a hard worker. I started wearing my nice TEVA sandles. BIG MISTAKE. i lost about 6 months of healing on my PF. WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS. IF YOU find the answer let me know. If i find the cure I'll let ya know. I need a honey-doo live in foot massage every night 🤣

Ice baths for foot/feet; stretching calf muscle; stretching foot back & forth; freeze water bottle to roll foot/feet on; roll foot on tennis ball to stretch fascia. Had PF twice and constant icing and stretching throughout the day healed it fairly quicker than i realized.

Rolling tired achy feet on frozen water bottle makes them feel better also

Thanks guys! I don’t do enough therapy. My daughter will occasionally give me a little foot massage. I don’t really like the feeling of rolling stuff under my feet but maybe I should do it anyway. I do soak my feet in a hot epsom salt bath almost everyday. It helps for sure but only temporarily

Do you have an SAS shoe store anywhere near you?. As a nurse I often spent 18 hours or more standing in surgical type suite for 18 hours and sometimes more. I kept a pair of SAS shoes in my locker for just such days. They are awesome, but expensive. Also buy some compression stockings to wear. You won’t be sorry. I just wear knee high one’s. 45 years of being on my feet for prolonged periods of time and I’m still doing fine

I’m using TENS on my feet along with rolling. Seems to be helping.

I don’t have have a store near by but I found them on Amazon. My current shoes are nearly the same amount. I really don’t want to buy another pair but it will be worth it if they help. Kat I picked up one of those TENs machines from Walmart and it hurts! What brand are you using?

I would love a WFH job, what was your old job? I have been looking for a new job but can't get anything WFH.

Sara I worked for Telvista. Wouldn’t recommend it but it was a blessing for a time

If it hurts, turn it down. I got mine off Woot, so they come and go.

I am a firm believer in support hose and stockings. I got through college by waiting tables and serving alcohol. Way back then support hose were not the most attractive, but I wore them. Fify-five years later and even with all the weight I've gained, I don't have any varicose veins.
