Delicious! And sooo nutrient dense.

@thisc…That’s the magic key. Nutrient rich foods keep you fuller longer, too. :)

Richard Poole, if you go back and read what she posted, you'll see that she used no sugar added ketchup. Please stop going around and critiquing everyone's food. Your unsolicited advice is not needed.

Yup, Richard thinks he's the food police. Too bad, he is really showing his nutritional ignorance with his comments.

Your brain actually runs on sugar and the minuscule amount in that portion of ketchup (even if it wasn’t the no sugar added variety) will do nothing but make your food taste more delicious. Sugar is not the devil people make it out to be. Tomatoes naturally have sugars in them. Everything in moderation. Too much of anything is bad. A little ketchup on the side is just a good way to make your food taste better. Looks great. Definitely going to try putting my strawberries in cottage cheese!

That looks great, Storms. I sometimes fry an egg and have it on top of my burger. Love it!
