Good morning folks, I quit alcohol entirely two weeks ago and am enjoying more energy as a result. I’ve been very busy though and haven’t had as much time to exercise as I’d like so I need to get reorganized. I hope everyone is doing well and has a great day.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
