RN16's Journal, 21 June 2024

Starting tomorrow I will be getting back on track with my eating. Vacation is over now. I get my mri tomorrow, but I won't get the results until some time next week. I had to do upper body only at the gym and we did exercises that wouldn't irritate my lower back at all. This is so frustrating, I miss doing lower body, but I have to wait to see what the results show first. My back isn't as bad as it was at first, but it still gets irritated. The prednisone seemed to help and prayer

are you allowed to do pull ups and seal rows to still work back with out and spinal compression

I've never done seal rows. I didn't want to chance pull-ups. We did preacher curls and mainly machine stuff so I wouldn't irritate my lower back at all. I did lateral raises with light dumbbell 10 lbs. This is so frustrating. I had mri today, so soon as I get the results, I'll keep yall updated
