Goal for tomorrow dont pass out from the heat !!!. I've been cutting calories hard this week so a proper carb up was in order. This race should be interesting its not my normal spartan this will be death by stairs as you run through the stadium and the obstacles are more exercise based

That's the challenge, getting out of NYC. We did not do real well navigating when we went! Glad you made your run wih no heat stroke.

it was truely a once in a lifetime experience because im never dping it again😆 I'm not a city person... if there's going to be a traffic jam it better be a tractor man.... 🚜 back to the mountains the wife's toy truck made it out unscathed but the amount of accidents was insane

The irony is I loved going to the city as a kid and through college and after that I became more of a hermit that never leaves the woods the older I get🤣
