Magpiezoe's Journal, 21 June 2024

So, I went back in time to August 2023 with the help of FS by viewing my calendar, putting it in month mode, and clicking back. I had lost weight and was 135! I decided to analyze my diet back then and discovered that I ate a light breakfast, light lunch, normal super, and a small nighttime snack. Breakfast was an egg and 1 slice of toast. Lunch was basically half a sandwich and fruit. (1/2 sandwich = 1 slice bread with peanut butter, pepperoni and lettuce, cheese, or a hard boiled egg.) Dinner was normal and was whatever I made for hubby and myself. My nighttime snack was 4 tea biscuits.

I'm thinking my lunches have gotten big, so I need to go back. I'm thinking the salads for lunch will be more satisfying and closer to the same calories as the light lunch I was having. I also need to go back to the egg and toast breakfast. Why not? I'm blessed with a ton of eggs right now. This will allow me to enjoy dinner with hubby too. I think I'm on a mission now to turn back time. Oh where is Cher when you need her?

Way to use the prior data to get back to where you want to be. Also you can never go wrong with eggs.

I did the same thing. I think I was around 120 when I stopped because.... life. and then got up to 136. I lost 10 and then hit the plateau. started again at 126. I went into my last years info and saw what I was eating. no more fried foods for a while ( except the other day lol!). keep it up! it works!!!
