Didn't realize my arthritis got that bad. I could only do 5 minutes on my stationary bike today. I kept getting twinges of pain, that made me jump. :( Guess I'll have to find something else to do after lunch. To think that when the pain first started, I would get on the bike for 15 minutes to help ease the pain. Now, it causes it. Everyone always says to go for a walk, but they don't understand that walking just irritates it. I guess I should be happy that I can still do the light dance/Zumba videos. Good thing is that I just ate a nice big salad and some ribs for lunch, so my lunch was lighter.

Thank you Morticia. It's nice having someone who understand. I'm just so different from everyone else. Even my hubby doesn't understand. My mother-in law has friends with arthritis and her friends have lots of pain when it's cold or rains. Not me, I get pain when it's hot. I've been different all my life with everything. I think I'm getting it in the other hip as well, because that hip hurts when I sleep at night.
