Ok weekend weight off and 2 days away from the weekend. I gotta fix this cycle. If it were a 2 lb on and off at my goal that’s one thing but I’m above my starting point. 😤
147.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
