Ditto...I'll second that Keegansmomma! Feeling crappy and dieting are not a good mix! I get myself some fresh fruit and use my Met-Rx Protein Shake mix with some cold yogart and couple ice cubes and make myself a nice healthy smoothy to perk me up. Add a scoop of Flax Seed if you got it...The cool Protein Shakes perk me up...try it! Hope you get to feeling better, soon.
