I just feel so upset with myself. I know I can loose the weight and I want to loose the weight....but I want a Cookie too! I hate exercising so much, it is not even funny and my body is so sore, I can barely get on and off the toilet seat! When is this going to start being fun Jillian....and I hear Bob in my other ear....That cookie is not going to make you feel as good and as being thin will make you feel! Hear I go....Biggest Loser Workout on Wii....it kicks my butt!

I don't know if exercise ever gets "fun" but you do get to the point where it feels really good and you start to really miss it if you don't do it, lol. Just keep at it, the results are worth it.
