Me sitting here thinking, should I go for the 80lb loss goal? 🤔
149.8 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@yipi My original goal was 154, which seemed daunting when I started. Hit that and decided it wasn’t enough yet. I have a Dr appt in July. I’m actually excited to see how all my labs turn out. Decisions, decisions
