Walked 2.39..walked half way up the bridge..had a popcorners slip yesterday..pulled the wagon train to a halt before it went off the cliff..going to OA at 1...am gonna keep coming back as we say ...chair meetings..weigh and measure food...yesterday everyone was bat shit crazy over Fathers Day at my recovery meetings...very sad...am so glad my father who was a terrible alcoholic left when I was 4...wudda had to kill him otherwise..
