Still haven't gotten below my 131.4 weight in on Dec 19. Between Christmas, New Years, and my period, my body's been fighting it...going up and down lol But that's ok. Still hoping to hit 130.0 within the next month. I at least hope to see 131.0 or 130.9 before my period comes next weekend. Sitting at 131.6 today.

Focus on non scale victories. Alot of the time a goal weight is this grand idea in our heads that we need to see that specific number to be successful. You are doing awesome. I have been up and down in the 140's for almost a year now. Lowest was 142 in the summer. All I wanted was to see 139 on the scale but it never happened. What did happen though was I was in awesome shape from running few times a week and people's jaws dropped when they saw me . So I took all that in and am looking forward to kicking ass running this spring :)

@AngGoc79, I totally agree. That's why I'm not stressing it, really. It would be nice to see 130, and maybe I will if I keep on doing what I'm doing. I'm not PUSHING so hard since I'm in my range. I can still fit in my size 4 jeans lol. (which back in 2005...even though I was 128lbs I could NOT even fit a 6...they were too tight) So I know I'm pretty fit and according to some calculators, I only have 20% body fat, which is kind of between "fitness and athlete" level. I'm kind of sitting back, keeping a deficit, and moving every day, just not as hard as I was. :-) I used to work out 3-4x a week and hour each time, burning 2400-2600. And on the days in between, I didn't work out at all and barely hit 10K steps by bed time. Now, I get at least 30 active minutes a day (using my Fitbit) and get 10K-16K steps EVERY day, burning 2100-2300.

I have fitbit charge hr and love it. It really helps keep you moving.Also workweek hustle is very motivating. :)

@AngGoc79, yes I love to see my numbers!!! :-) Unfortunately, I can't do any challenges because I don't have a smartphone and my tablet doesnt' support the app. Since it's an app specific thing, I can't do it from the computer :-( But, I have a list of 13 friends, and I usually stay in the top 2 :-) I go back and forth from #1 and #2 every few days.

Cool, my side button fell off of mine. I may trade it in but still works fine. I like the heart rate feature. I was slacking on getting steps once the weather turned . I kicked ass this week but then had to take the weekend off,so sore! Lol I'm going to try and do jillian Michaels workout a few times this week and keep up weight training . Not sure how steps will be but oh well. :)
