Chicken spaghetti…trying the Banza chickpea noodles. Never had them. Hope it’s worth 190 calories for 2oz (dry)! LOL 11g of protein per serving though so not too bad.

Pretty dang good! I’d definitely make this again. Nothing beats the taste of regular noodles IMO but nutritionally wise, this is a winner.

The Red Lentil version of that pasta is 100x better than the Chickpea. Give that a shot if the Chickpea isn't to your liking.

definitely try the red lentil!

I third the red lentil. Great job making a change. I figure if I do the red lentil twice for every regular wheat ones I am doing well. If I could not get red lentil I might try the chick pea again, I think they just did a sample of Banza at Costco and it was fine.

I found the “Good and Gather, gluten free red lentil Rotini” at Target for anyone wanting to try it out. I don’t remember the nutritional difference between Banza and Red Lentil. Red lentil is 56 g dry, 200 cal, 1g fat, 34g carb (10g fiber, 1 g sugar) and 15 g protein. I usually have a half serving.
