Still sleeping in a chair, but I'm seeing a sports medicine doctor tomorrow, interested to see what he has to say. PT is helping some, but I'm off of one of my pain meds until after my renal cancer ablation on the 26th, so that's a bummer. Looking forward to better days. 💜💚💛

Hi precious, I used to be where you are now, so I know you can do this. One thing that really helped me was to go public, so that others could express their encouragement and support. Give yourself a little love and move forward from your splurge by getting right back on track, because you've got this!
