Muscle ups for breakfast and hack squats for lunch. The best part of no one using the gym at work is everything is always set right where I left it and I only use it once a week 🤣

I've seen maybe 2 ppl use it before I guess they don't use it often and they don't train legs lol it's a decent set up full rack of dumbells from 5lbs all the way up to 100 some machines some cardio equipment and a smith machine

sk.17 haha it's the opposite of a leg press the foot peice stays stationary and your sliding up with the sled.
