I am proud of me. I had my first official cheat snack 2 Ferraro Roche. I prepared my hot tea, got my episode of Mrs. Brown's boys ready... and began my all nite vigil. (client will not allow me sleep You have to stay up all night in case she wants her back scratched and no that is not a theatrical adjuration) So I eat one and watch my shows drink my tea and at 7 am the second chocolate is still sitting there. Dilemma time: Do I eat it? {It was allowed)....or can I eat it? It is not the same day in which the treat was allowed. in the end I decided that if it had sat next to me for 10 hours and did not get eaten...it was free to go back to the candy jar in the freezer.
