Week 3 of rehab from total knee replacement. That whole process made me not have an appetite at all. I am down 13 pounds from when I was admitted to the hospital, had surgery to get that new knee which is working great) and doing PT. I crave to go walking on our local paved walking trail but PT says I need a walking partner and have to use my cane. I am reaching out to my adult daughter to be my walk partner. I hope to get out there and slowly walk - even just a short distance.
