Well, week one is pretty much under my belt, and I feel pretty good. I need to work on getting my full water intake into me everyday. I fell short a couple of times, but this will improve. Not sure I'll be able to stay with Atkins program. I don't mind not having certain things, but I do miss such things as rice, and oatmeal. I have missed having oatmeal in the mornings.
