Had a strong pizza/snack craving before bed. Mentally "weighed" the options for a while (lots of treats sitting in the pantry unfortunately). Decided to eat tomato paste, a low calorie fruit bar, and seltzer water with lemon. An odd combination, but this satisfied the craving for about 60 calories. Waist is down to 28 inches so determination is renewed for this week. Only three pounds left to reach "healthy range bmi" standard.
