🗣️Hello Fam,
i hope my checking in finds y'all doing well. As for me, i have been struggling with migraines that have come back since menopause
i t has greatly impacted my ability to enjoy life
i don't engage in a lot of activities due to my sensitivity to noise, lighting, smells - you name and it sets me off-i had suffered as a teen and young adult, but was Blessed to have almost zero during childbearing years. i love when i can take a look and see what everyone has been able to do

Sorry to hear about your migraines. I know how debilitating they can be firsthand. They run in my family for all of us women. My mom had them, myself and sister, my daughters... About the only thing that has given me any relief has been frankincense essential oil. I just breathe it in and it seems to ease the pain a bit. But it has helped me find some relief. Sending a little prayer for you.

I'm so sorry about your migraines Alindsey83t I have been having headaches myself I think mine is not eating enough calories, but when I put ice on my head and lay still it seems to help. We will keep praying for each other, I'm glad you checked in.

How are you doing? Still getting headaches? Getting the weight off will help. Migraines are awful! You might consider an elimination diet like carnivore. Only beef to start. It's not ez at first, but you just eat beef eggs, fish, salt, butter bacon. That's mostly how I started feeling better. I hope you're OK
