Still fasting…am thinking of changing my eating meals…and eating supper only….just wondering….
I’m looking at less oil making my meals..they use canola oil here to cook in..yuck…I didn’t know till Tuesday at the food council… when I ask…the new Mitchel manager is trying to make it better…I just haven’t seen her to talk with her…but would think she would know..guess not…

I showed my girlfriend an insert in a note I made …it was about her and I..I was manifesting….by the way it came about..but was dated back in February….sje read it and said…how..did that happen…I told her manifesting..is mentioned in the Bible…
