Any journey has ups and downs relapses et cetera. Don’t expect a straight line. Be kind to yourself. Self blame and anger tend to feed stress which makes us hungry.  

I know. It’s just frustrating I make progress over time then I blow it in a few days. Every now and then I shout out to get rid of the frustration and to reset. Learning stress isn’t worth carrying
