That’s a lot of good food! I’m not a huge eater so that would last me 3 days! It does look yummy!

I'm with Diana, smaller eater, and I've also been turned on to egg whites in the last year. Awesome protein w/o the cholesterol. (Not saying I don't have a whole egg on occasion because, well eggs are just yummy).

I might just have to look for those waffles. Maybe treat myself to one a week. Presentation wonderful, you cook eggs the way my husband likes them but I never take them off the heat soon enough.
