Running 2-3x a week and functional fitness 2x a week for the past month but maintaining weight. My clothes are fitting better and one of the trainers said to me “I see you gettin stronger” 💪
137.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
